A 6-week program to increase psychological flexibility around eating patterns, body image.

This evidence based approach will help inidivduals learn and the skills necessary to:

-Decrease suffering and struggle

-Increase quality of life

-Decrease restrictive/binging eating patterns

-Undermine patterns of avoidance

-Clarify and move toward values

90 minute group sessions held on Wednesday evenings over 6 weeks starting in June 2011.
